Please be advised of the upcoming refurbishments within the holiday home building

From the 28th April 2025 the level 3 and 4 pool area will begin a full refurbishment updating this area.

This means that the level 3 and 4 pool area and BBQs will be closed until the completion of the works which is expected to be by the 31st August 2025.

The toilets, steam room and saunas will also be closed on level 4.

The property will still have facilities available on level 34 which includes a Pool, Spa, BBQS and Saunas.

Please note that a new highrise building is being constructed next to this property with heavy construction noise from 6.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Saturday. The completion date is estimated to be in 2027. Queensland’s construction laws allow for a 6-day work week with a continuous 12-hour window which is outside of our control. Members choosing to proceed with booking this property, do so with the full knowledge of potential nearby construction noise.
