TPAV Holiday Homes are located across Victoria. We also have an apartment at Queensland’s Broadbeach.

All accommodation is allocated initially via a weekly ballot, run six months in advance.

Any accommodation not allocated at a ballot draw, or bookings that are cancelled, are deemed a ‘vacancy’, and can be booked immediately on a ‘first in' basis.

Expressions of interest for future ballots are open 12 months in advance. To register your interest in a ballot please use the Search Homes button to find the dates and locations of interest.

Pets policy

We certainly acknowledge that there’s a growing trend among holiday makers to want to include their beloved pets as part of their family holiday. Unfortunately, our existing holiday properties are not that pet-friendly in that they typically have little yard space while several of our properties are part of body corporates that don’t allow pets. We’re also mindful that animals can bring allergies that can potentially expose other members and their families who stay in the homes in the following weeks. There are also higher maintenance/cleaning costs associated with pets, which would make it more challenging to keep rental costs for members as low as they are. For all these reasons, our holiday homes can only accommodate assistance/guide dogs.
