2024-2025 rates

A modest increase next financial year will ensure we can continue offering low-cost accommodation to members and their families. New weekly prices (applicable from March 2025 for all new bookings) are as follows:

Weekly Bookings

$668 per week: Lakes Entrance (Units 1 & 2 - two bedroom).

$722 per week: Cowes Unit 1 & 2, Echuca, Lakes Entrance (Units 3 & 4 - three bedroom), Port Fairy Unit A & B, Tawonga South.

$880 per week: Bright

$982 per week: Yarrawonga.

$835 per week: Docklands.

$822 per week: South Melbourne.

$1,095 per week: Broadbeach, QLD.

Partial bookings

If Holiday Homes bookings remain vacant up to 2 weeks ahead of date, members may take partial (less than full week) bookings.

Three Consecutive Night Minimum

Rates calculated per night as follows:

$111 per night: Lakes Entrance (Units 1 & 2 - two bedroom)

$116 per night: Cowes Unit 1 & 2, Echuca, Lakes Entrance (Units 3 & 4 - three bedroom), Port Fairy Unit A & B, Tawonga South.

$150 per night: Bright

$168 per night: Yarrawonga.

$139 per night: Docklands.

$133 per week: South Melbourne.

$181 per night: Broadbeach, QLD 

Payment

The balance must be paid at least four weeks prior to occupancy. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the booking.
