Rental Rates

2021-2022 rates

While we have refrained from increasing rates for many years, the cost of maintaining Holiday Homes has continued to grow.

A modest increase next financial year will ensure we can continue offering low-cost accommodation to members and their families. New weekly prices (applicable from 1 January 2022 for all new bookings) are as follows:

$550 per week: Lakes Entrance (units 1 and 2 - two bedroom)

$600 per week: Cowes, Echuca, Lakes Entrance* (units 3 and 4 - three bedroom), Port Fairy, South Melbourne, Tawonga South.

$650 per week: Yarrawonga, Bright.

$700 per week: Docklands.

$800 per week: Broadbeach, QLD (Please note Broadbeach remains closed due to COVID-19 state travel entry restrictions)

COVID-19 cleaning fee: To ensure the safety of our members and their families all our properties have a deep COVID-19 clean between outgoing and incoming members.

Partial bookings

If Holiday Homes bookings remain vacant up to 3 weeks ahead of date, members may take partial (less than full week) bookings.

Three Consecutive Night Minimum

Rates calculated per night as follows:

$95 per night: Lakes Entrance (units 1 & 2 - two bedroom)

$100 per night: Cowes, Echuca, Lakes Entrance (units 3 & 4 - three bedroom), Port Fairy, Tawonga South.

$115 per night: Bright, Yarrawonga.

$120 per night: Docklands.

$135 per night: Broadbeach, QLD 



The balance must be paid at least four weeks prior to occupancyFailure to do so will result in the cancellation of the booking.
