Important Payment Information
Please note that for immediate bookings made within 2 weeks of your stay, you must contact the TPAV Holiday Homes team on 03 9468 2600 to complete a credit card payment over the phone.

A modest increase next financial year (2025/26) will ensure we can continue offering low-cost accommodation to members and their families.

Current Prices

Weekly Bookings

$691 per week: Lakes Entrance (Units 1 & 2 - two bedroom).

$747 per week: Cowes Unit 1 & 2, Echuca, Lakes Entrance (Units 3 & 4 - three bedroom), Port Fairy Unit A & B, Tawonga South.

$911 per week: Bright

$1,496 per week: Yarrawonga.

$864 per week: Docklands.

$851 per week: South Melbourne.

$855 per week: Southport (QLD)

$1,134 per week: Broadbeach, QLD.
 

Partial bookings

If Holiday Homes bookings remain vacant up to 2 weeks ahead of date, members may take partial (less than full week) bookings.

Three Consecutive Night Minimum

Rates calculated per night as follows:

$115 per night: Lakes Entrance (Units 1 & 2 - two bedroom)

$121 per night: Cowes Unit 1 & 2, Echuca, Lakes Entrance (Units 3 & 4 - three bedroom), Port Fairy Unit A & B, Tawonga South.

$155 per night: Bright

$145 per night: Southport (QLD)

$256 per night: Yarrawonga.

$144 per night: Docklands.

$137 per week: South Melbourne.

$187 per night: Broadbeach, QLD 

Payment

The balance must be paid at least four weeks prior to occupancy. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the booking. Please refer to the TPAV Holiday Homes T&Cs that can be viewed here.
