Lakes Entrance (1)

The Association owns four units at Lakes Entrance; two 2-bedroom units and two 3-bedroom units.

They are situated within walking distance to shops, the bridge to the ocean beach, cafes, restaurants and family activities.

This 2 bedroom unit will sleep up to five people, with a configuration of one queen sized bed & one bunk (2 beds) & a single bed.

The units all have reverse cycle heating/ cooling. A carport with lockable shed.

There is a communal covered BBQ gazebo area for those who enjoy BBQ's. The gazebo also has a convenient outdoor sink for the fishermen.

 Unit features include:

• Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator 
• Split system heating / air conditioning 
• Lounge with TV and DVD player 
• Bathroom with shower and bath 
• Fully equipped laundry with washing machine/dryer, iron and vacuum cleaner
• Outdoor rotunda with gas BBQ and outdoor setting 
• Carport facilities adjacent to each unit 
• Outside hot and cold shower 

The units are fully furnished and equipped, except for blankets, bed linen, pillows, towels, tea towels, bath mats and cleaning products.
